Slot Visuals
The Dollar Storm pokie mixes East Asian martial arts art with a money theme carried by the Train and Gold Coin symbols. A woman fighter is the top-paying symbol, followed by Coins, nunchucks, a throwing star and drums.
A, K, Q and J card ranks fill the low end, while the Gate scatter, Train, Gold Coin and Door handle the features. The Ninja Wild and the Door are drawn as full rectangular cards, so both show up as solid tiles on the reels.
Dollar Storm RTP & Volatility
The 96% RTP belongs to the online version. Aristocrat sets the cabinet and online release of one title to separate return settings. A figure seen on a casino floor can differ.
Volatility is high and the max win is 10,000x. Most of that potential sits in the All Aboard Feature and the jackpots, so long runs of spins without big payouts can happen between bonuses.
All Aboard Feature
6 or more Train symbols in any position trigger the All Aboard Feature. The Ninja Wild does not replace Train, so every Train in the count has to land on its own.
- The open positions spin as separate reels and 3 bonus games are awarded. Only Trains and Gold Coins can land on these respins.
- At the start, each Train turns into a Gold Coin showing a MEGA, MAXI, MAJOR or MINI bonus or a credit prize.
- Gold Coins stay locked in place until the feature ends.
- One new Train is enough to put the counter back to three, and that reset is what keeps the round alive. After each bonus game, new Trains turn into Gold Coins unless all 15 positions are filled.
- The round ends when bonus games remaining hits 0 or all 15 positions hold Gold Coins or Trains. The total on all Gold Coins is then paid, and with no new Trains the initial coin prizes are paid.
The bet stays the same as on the triggering spin, and different reel sets are used for different bet sizes. The All Aboard Feature can also trigger during free games.
Gold Coin Prizes & Jackpots
Each Gold Coin shows a credit prize or one of the MINI, MAJOR, MAXI and MEGA bonuses. Credit prizes are 50, 70, 100, 120, 150, 250, 450 or 900 times the bet per line, which equals the total bet divided by 50.
| Credit prize | At A$0.50 bet (A$0.01/line) | At A$5.00 bet (A$0.10/line) |
|---|---|---|
| 50x line bet | A$0.50 | A$5.00 |
| 70x | A$0.70 | A$7.00 |
| 100x | A$1.00 | A$10.00 |
| 120x | A$1.20 | A$12.00 |
| 150x | A$1.50 | A$15.00 |
| 250x | A$2.50 | A$25.00 |
| 450x | A$4.50 | A$45.00 |
| 900x | A$9.00 | A$90.00 |
MINI, MAJOR, MAXI and MEGA amounts depend on the denomination and the bet. The chance of landing MINI to MEGA, a credit prize or the Grand changes with the credits bet per line.
Grand Jackpot
The Grand Jackpot pays when all 15 positions hold Gold Coins or Trains at the end of a bonus game inside the All Aboard Feature.
It can also be awarded at random at the end of any paid spin.
Dollar Storm Free Games
Three Gate scatters in any position award 5 free games. On paid spins the Gate lands only on reels 2, 3 and 4.
Free games run on a different reel set, and extra free games can be won inside the round.
Door Reveals
The Door lands only during free games and only on reels 2 to 5. When the reels stop, each Door opens as a Ninja Wild or a Train, and two or more Doors all reveal the same symbol.
Doors that open as Wilds substitute for every symbol except Gate and Train.
All Aboard During Free Games
The All Aboard Feature can trigger inside the Free Game Feature. Doors revealed as Trains count towards the 6+ Train threshold.
Pokie Paytable
Line wins pay on adjacent reels starting from the leftmost reel. Only the highest win on each line is paid, and wins from different lines add up. Every line win is multiplied by the bet per line.
The Ninja Wild lands on reels 2 to 5 only, so reel 1 always needs a natural symbol. Amounts are for an A$5.00 bet (A$0.10 per line), and the Woman is the only symbol that pays for 2 in a row.
